I absolutely love this salon. Joan is hands down the best hair stylist I have ever had. She takes so much pride in her work and is invested in my hair, both cut and color. She is so thoughtful and easy to talk to. She takes time to get to know your hair (sounds weird but my hair is very difficult). My boys go to Megan and she is incredible with them. I highly recommend this salon to anyone really looking for high quality styling in a laid back, yet very professional setting. Would give 10 stars if I could .

I had, BY FAR the best deep tissue massage ever today! Brandy is TOP NOTCH!! She was very professional and used the perfect amount of pressure! I literally feel a lot of relief from the shoulder and neck tightness I am having already! I’ve had massages before that I thought were good experiences, but Brandy’s technique was THE BEST!! I highly recommend Brandy, and Bodies Kneaded in general! Overall great experience!

First impressions Are lasting impressions. I scheduled an appointment for a full facial. They called to confirm my appointment the day prior. Obviously the person working up front doesn’t know the difference between confirm and cancel (although she said “see you tomorrow”) because when I arrived for my appointment I was told she cancelled my appointment. Despite the fact this was not my mistake, it was before my appointment time, and the esthetician was still there I was told I could only then get a mini facial rather than the full facial I actually booked.

Critical: CommunicationWhen I got to the salon my 1st statement was: my 3 kids are not happy to get haircuts so please barely trim their hair or I’ll get in trouble…What took place after that was just awful. She ruined my daughter’s hair. I told her she was crying bc she cut her bangs so ridiculously short. When i asked if she could cut more bangs and go past her eyebrows to attempt to remedy it she once again cut them waaaay above the eyebrows. It was a nightmare…my daughter has a Christmas party w her friends tonight and is bawling bc she feels weird. Horrible experience.
