I have a thriving interest in helping people reach their healing goals. I received my training at and graduated from Colorado School of the Healing Arts in 2017. My goal is to tailor each massage session to my client’s needs and requests; personalizing the experience for every individual. My approach to body work is integrating multiple modalities to promote pain and tension relief followed by deep relaxation. I am experienced in deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, neuromuscular, sports, prenatal and swedish. Some of my specialties are: assisting in the treatment of whiplash, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, piriformis syndrome and plantar fasciitis.

Ashley is very knowledgeable in massage. I also really like that she doesn’t talk during your massage unless its related to the service. She is very professional and reasonably priced for Bismarck.

I’ve been having some neck/upper back/shoulder muscle strain issues so I came to get a deep tissue massage. A friend referred me to Ashley Shantz. Ashley worked on me and and did fantastic! She asked what was wrong, how it felt, and how I thought I strained it. Then she seemed to follow the stress and work it out without it hurting like it normally does. She moved my arm as she worked on different muscles in different ways. Idk exactly what she did but she sounded like she knew her stuff. It’s about 7hrs and I feel great! I’ve been looking for someone to go to with little success over the last couple years. I might have to buy my friend a bottle of wine for such a great recommendation.

Ashley is an amazing massage therapist. She is so very detail oriented and really listens to my needs! Even when I say I hurt everywhere she is so thorough and I leave feeling 1000x better! Her pressure and touch is intentional and each area is perfected. I can tell she has really put in extra time to get to know the muscles and details of the human body.

Ashley’s skills and professionalism are truly 2nd to none. She practices with such a caring touch, and is always willing to share her knowledge on things I can be doing on a daily basis to help relieve muscle pain and tension. I honestly do not know what I would do without her. I only wish I would’ve found her sooner! I could’ve saved myself SO much discomfort!! I schedule out as far as I can now; my body forever thanks me for it!
