Had my first steam a week ago- it was everything I never knew it could be. So relaxing and calming. I had no idea that I hold my body so tight and never just relax myself. It was an instant recognizable difference for me. Two week update and I had a much lighter cycle. If you struggle with the effects of fibroids, then this service is a must. I will be a regular!
