I drove over an hour to get my hair cut and colored by Mary and it was absolutely worth it. She was so kind, detail oriented, focused on getting to my goal cut and color, and overall amazing. Even better, I left feeling completely beautiful! I don’t usually get my hair done on a regular basis but I definitely think I’ll be making the drive to see Mary more often!

I asked to get my roots done and for my hair to be blonde and it looks like my roots haven’t been dyed in months and i just got my hair done a few days ago. I had the money on the counter that i was going to pay with and the hairdresser decided to just take it and she said “i’ll just take the rest of the money as a tip” and then walked away with my money before i could stop her. I should not have even payed for it in the first place but the hairdresser just walked away with my money. My hair is incredibly uneven and patchy and I asked for a refund and they said that is absolutely not going to happen. I tried to handle this situation in a very calm and in a respectful manner but they basically called me a liar and told me it is my fault my hair looks like this. They absolutely refused to give me a refund and acted very unprofessional and rude to me. I would definitely not recommend this salon.

I have had Kerri Rank highlight/lowlight my hair for years and she always does an amazing job! What brought me to this salon was the flexibility and number of stylists, as I’m a mom and sometimes have a last minute kind of schedule and there’s always someone available; however, Kerri is the lady I stick with as she is always friendly (without talking your ear off) consistent, and thorough. I’m thankful I found her and will be coming back for years to come. The salon is clean, professional, and fancy. Highly recommend it all!

I always look forward to coming to Bocci and getting my hair done by Shannon H. She’s wonderful! Not only does she do fabulous color and haircut, she’s the only one I know who gives an amazing head massage when I am lucky enough to have her shampoo me It takes me an hour to drive to the salon but I don’t mind because I always have a great experience! ❤️

I enjoyed a wonderful massage by Gianna. She is very professional and worked out some serious tension in my body and neck. I love that she engages in first in hearing about the areas of my body that are bothering me and does an excellent job giving me a massage that helped my body feel rejuvenated and refreshed! I’ve been to this salon a couple of times over the last year or so. The last time was a horrible experience. I scheduled to get my hair done on a Saturday before my birthday dinner, my birthday was the next day. I drive 40-45min to this salon each way, so I was already about to be there when I get a call 10min before my appointment time saying “your stylist is running about 10min behind” I go oh okay that’s fine, and stop to get Starbucks. I get to the salon 10min after my appointment was scheduled around 1:10pm….& I wait. 30min goes by and I go to the desk at 1:40pm & ask if they know when she will be able to take me considering I’ve been waiting & made this appointment for a reason. They go ask her and she herself doesn’t even come out to say anything to me. They say “she’s almost done”. She ends up taking me back an HOUR after my appointment was scheduled(scheduled at 1pm, taken back at 2pm). I am usually there around 3-3 1/2 hours as it is, so now I’m braced to have to cancel my lash appointment I made after…since I will not be there for 4 1/2 hours because of how late she was. She continues to yank my hair and rush and act all mad and goes “well sorry, wasn’t my fault. My assistant called off this am because her grandpa died” and doesn’t even seem to show any remorse for my time and or hair. After she foils me, I go to the bowl to be rinsed and what not…..& I see her take another person & not only does she do them and finish them, so that client was done ON TIME, instead of doing me between making them wait as well….I end up sitting at the bowl wet hair freezing for over 30min. I was there over 5 hours total…no sorry afterwards again. Was charged $15 MORE THAN NORMAL even, which I didn’t even fight because I just wanted to get out of there considering how late it was which ruined my whole rest of day/night. I then noticed how my hair was shorter and broken. Because of how rough she was and rushed and stuff sitting on my head too long….my hair was damaged. Damaged hair, horrible customer service, wasted my whole day “celebrating” my birthday, spent more $ than normal wasted, and no remorse. I would definitely not recommend this salon. I will not name the stylist.
