First time at a tanning salon so I called and had the pleasure of speaking to Shannon who kindly answered all my questions. When I arrived, Audrey was very polite, informative and knowledgeable. She showed me around the shop, explained each machine and got me set up with the stand up bed. I was very nervous as I had never been in a tanning bed but she made the experience very pleasant. I also encountered Amanda on my second visit who was very welcoming. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to this location because of the awesome service I received. Most of the girls who work here are super awesome. This place closes whenever it pleases them with absolutely no communication to its customer. I went to tan yesterday and the joint was locked up. At first, I thought they went out of business because I also called the Jupiter store and no answer there either. When I called today, the lady who answered the phone said they closed for the holiday. I asked what holiday and she said “Halloween”. I advised her that Halloween was not a holiday she proceeded to tell me that I wouldn’t understand because I didn’t have children (BTW – I have three sons and 2 grandchildren). I asked to speak to the owner and she told me that the owner doesn’t speak to customers. I went ahead and cancelled my membership and the lady didn’t even attempt to keep me as a customer. They close often without notice so you need to be prepared for this as last night was not my first occurrence of them being closed but usually they at least put a sign on the door.
