Wanted to love this place! Experiencing some growing pains after moving to the new location. Vanna handles the services, scheduling appointments, checking people in, while owning the business, which I applaud for attempting to do it all on her own. This may have worked previously at her previous location in a suite, but leaves much to be desired at the larger location. After not behind checked in, and my appointment being half way over, I let another women who worked there know I was there for my appointment. She said she was not the one doing it, but would let her know. She than proceeded to knock on the door and let vanna know her next client was waiting. After 10 minutes of more chatting vanna came out and began ringing out her client, she did know acknowledge her tardiness or apologize for the inconvenience. My full appointment window was missed. She asked if I wanted to reschedule, at this point I became upset at the lack of respect for my time and courtesy. I came in for a touch up, after my 6 session as my hair was growing back. I had the intention of purchasing a full body laser treatment that day, but after todays experience and wasting my time I am taking my business elsewhere. I understand we all run late, what would have remediated the situation, is simple, communication. I sat in the waiting room for over 15 minutes, and was never made aware the appointment was running late. If her client was running late, I could also been notified and came in at 12:30 instead of noon. To her defense, it was because she was with a client and not able to leave the room/make a call, which leads to the point of this review. She needs to improve her business operation practices or she will continue to lose clients and not be able to scale her business. She grew the space, she needs to grow the operations to scale.
