This is the first time I’ve ever gone to this barbershop snd I’ve lived in town for over 25 years. The sign is not distinctive enough to even tell where the shop is first off, then when you enter you can clearly see it’s not family friendly, it’s full if antiques With sharp ends that no one is allowed to touch and cats that shed a ton! If your allergic to pet dander do not enter! We were directed to a back corner that we had no idea was a barber shop. The “barber” didn’t introduce himself at all and wasn’t friendly either. No customer service skills at all. After trying to tell him what cut we wanted and the lengths he says “we don’t know numbers here”! I’m sorry have you not had professional training?! Then when I gave him a visual snd a length in inches he proceeded to just start shaving my sons head! My son was upset and so was I. I asked the “barber” if he had the tools the other barbers used snd he said no that what a comb is for, I’m sorry but a comb doesn’t measure like the guide that you should be using does. I told him I would be taking the other kids elsewhere and he then gets very angry and points to my son (who is 7) and tells us that he was a waste of his time! I proceeded to tell him that he’s unprofessional and grabbed my son out of his chair. The old man then berated us on the way out for what a waste of time we as customers were! I Do NOT recommend going here if you are under 70 years old and want anything but to be shaved bald!
