1. They take appointments and are timely. 2. They answer their phone. 3. They wear masks for their own and client protection. (Unlike thier competitors in the area) Bottom line: They give great haircuts with razor line ups and neck massage/hot towel. Alicia, Bonnie or Bob all do incredible work, highly, highly recommend!
