0 star service. The lady with the spectacles was rude. She called her customer a monkey. She was busy doing casual talk with another asian customer in her native language while halting cutting her own customer’s hair. This is so rude. A person is paying you to focus and cut the hair and give good customer service. Moving few strokes of clipper and scissors don’t make you a stylist. One can get the job done better by oneself or with the help from someone at home. Kind request to please start paying attention to your work.
