I’ve been getting my hair cut here for about 40 year’s. As a child my parents would bring me here. This is the barber shop that I measure all others to. I have since moved out of state. Whenever I’m in the area I make it a point to get my haircut here. It was nice to have Ray cut my hair the last time I was in. Nice to see old friends when you are in town.

Positive: ProfessionalismJust brought my two boys in for haircuts. I love the walk in only. There was only one person ahead of us and that gentleman was done quickly. Both boys got their hair cut quickly and they were both very happy with their cuts. Only thing to say is that one son had to tidy up a little near his sideburns. Just brought my two boys in for haircuts. I love the walk in only. There was only one person ahead of us and that gentleman was done quickly. Both boys got their hair cut quickly and they were both very happy with their cuts. Only thing to say is that one son had to tidy up a little near his sideburns. Classic barbershop. Ray is the current owner, “Bob’s Barbershop” has been a Bloomfield Connecticut staple since the 1960’s(?). I’ve only been a customer since the late 90’s myself, but always leave satisfied with my haircut. One of the few barbershops that can actually do a classic flattop!

Finally found a good spot to get my haircut. Sal does an excellent job every single time. I’m usually waiting for 3-4 people every time I go in there so I must not be the only person who likes him. Even though there are people waiting, it;s really not the long. He is very quick and efficient.

Sal and Ray are professionals. I used to get my hair cut by Ray 20 years ago while in college and then recently moved back to the area. They both listen to what you want and are masters with the clippers and a pair of sissors. They are also reasonably priced too. Highly recommend them!
