Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been a client of Kelsey’s for approximately 17+ years. When BobbyPin Salon opened I followed her there and what a wonderful experience. The salon is stunning, the atmosphere is very calming, and when you’re in the chair you feel as if you’re the only one there. All the stylists are very kind and accommodating and very professional. I am a former hairstylist. I am very, very, particular and Kelsey has never let me down nor has this salon. I don’t understand the comment by “Nancy” stating they just stand around. Sometimes, as a color or foils are processing, it is important for a stylist to stand close by and monitor the process. Especially when lightener is being used. It can go from zero to disaster quickly. I have never experienced anything mentioned in that review from Kelsey or the other stylists. Bring a stylist you hardly ever get down time or a break. And those that are in the profession and stick with it do so because it’s their passion. That is obvious with these stylists at BobbyPin. I have been a client of Kelsey’s for approximately 17+ years. When BobbyPin Salon opened I followed her there and what a wonderful experience. The salon is stunning, the atmosphere is very calming, and when you’re in the chair you feel as if you’re the only one there. All the stylists are very kind and accommodating and very professional.
