The first time I had my hair done here, it was a nice pleasant experience. My hair stylist was super friendly. I had the “Boardroom” package: Consultation, hair cut, neck shave, hot wax hand treatment, hot towel facial, scalp massage, arm/hand massage. The whole experience was about 45 minutes.

Great experience very friendly. However as a haircut was very poor. Didn’t really clarify what I wanted or how I styled my hair. By the time I realised, it was too late as you can’t see them cutting as they swivel the chair around! Need to get it fixed somewhere else and no response after contacting them! Won’t be back but was quite an experience with the pampering!

Absolutely terrible service. I was so excited to come to the shop but the lady cutting my hair didn’t listen to what I asked for or doesnt’ have experience cutting hair. They did not know how to cut my hair, especially since it was long and curly. Completely blewout my hair, didn’t know how to layer, and didn’t even shave my neck evenly. Completely messed up my beard and mustache. I needed to go to a different shop to correct the failings of Boardroom.

Walked in for haircut at 430p. Stylist had no clients, was sitting in customer area on her phone. I asked if she could give me a hair cut as a walk-in. Stylist said ‘no, I’m closing in 10-15 mins. You could come back tomorrow.’ I said I had to leave town, and walked out, over to Sport Clips ♂️
