Didn’t have a first experience because I was lied to. Call ahead and get an appointment, correct when you book an appointment for 5 o’clock then they tell you they are 15 minutes late and then you’re still waiting at 5:30 and nobody tells you anything and they’re still late why even have appointments, more than Uber disappointed. I’ve been coming to the Boardroom in Highland Village for almost 2 years. I have never left disappointed. I always leave looking sharp. Usually I see Kathrine but even the times our schedules don’t align, the other stylists have been great. And don’t forget to do the Benchmark. It is complete relaxation that is hard to beat in a busy lifestyle.

Very frustrated with their wait times. I had an appointment and waited 25 min as stylist after stylist walked out to lunch or break or off. Why do I even make an appointment?! Won’t be back. Pay WAY to much to not have better service here. They cancelled my appointment day of earlier this week. Fine place if you have all afternoon. Haircut

Great salon with a ton of options for anyone wanting to look their best! Nothing better than getting greeted with a smile, a cold drink and a comfy recliner. The benchmark haircut was a nice treat. So easy to have a busy schedule and forget to take time for yourself. This was 45 min I didn’t have to worry about anything else.
