I had been going to Viviana for over a year and she did a great job. However, two months in a row now I’ve gotten a call an hour prior to my appointment that she would need to cancel. This is really annoying being I booked this appointment weeks out. They offered to get me in with someone else in a couple days. No thanks. I won’t be going back here anymore as there are many other options in the area. Disappointing given the money I’ve spent here.

I love the Boardroom Salon, this is my first time to try out the Frisco location. I’m sure they are awesome but they forgot about me and I sat in the waiting area for a half hour. When I asked them about this at the front desk I was told “they took the appointment after you first…sorry” The next available appointment wasn’t for three hours, a sincere apology would’ve avoided a bad review.
