Great place to get your hair cut. Professional, impeccably clean, and very friendly. Perfect haircut every time, they listen to what you want. Sydney took care of me, and she is great. Schedule in advance, show up on time, and you won’t be disappointed. When you pay for the subscription service, the experience becomes a bargain.

Would not come back here. I called for an appointment today at 1:25PM and was told that they had a slot at 1:30PM, I figured they would give me more then 5 minutes to commute. When I got there around 1:45 I was told “NO SHAMPOO” because I was LATE. Logically does it make any sense that I would be 5 minutes away from an appointment on Monday with heavy traffic? Explain that to me. They charged me $50 and even asked for Gratuity after getting a rush job haircut: clearly their primary motivation is MONEY and not service. For that reason, I will not be coming back. Shame on them for skipping a shampoo and charging the same price. If the time was important to them they should have told me that they couldn’t accept me when I was late and walked in, or when I called to schedule at 1:25PM. Unacceptable and very bad service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
