I have never professionally got my beard trimmed. So I tried for my wedding. They offered me a beverage as soon as I walked it. The barber I had was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable even though he had to put his hands in weird positions on my face. It was quick and nicely done. I will continue doing my beard trims at the house unless I need to look extra good for a special event. But the whole experience was great and I recommend the Boardroom.

Havr always loved the service, but I can’t make myself attempt to go back anymore. I’m not sure if the problem comes from their online reservations, but it is starting to feel like they just don’t want my business. Three times I have come in after an appointment only to be told that I am scheduled at a future date or even a past date. At those past date times they always say they tried to call. When I say I didn’t get a voice message and I do not answer unrecognized numbers on my cell phone, I was told they don’t leave messages. The problem is that I still have emails and calendar syncs that have the date and time I tried to go in. All they will ever tell me is “sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” This weekend I tried to do an additional service I had never used before–a pedicure for myself and one other. Three hours before The appointment they cancelled on me yet again. They said the person I was assigned cancelled. Actually, shouldn’t I have been assigned two people for two appointments? I’ve been a completely satisfied customer at The Boardroom for almost 2 years now. I went originally just looking for help trimming my beard, but was so blown away with the benchmark service that have been going every 2 weeks for a haircut and beard trim w/The Benchmark service (a scalp, hand and forearm massage and hair wash after your haircut/beard trim). My current stylist is Windy and she is awesome! The young ladies that work the front desk are always extremely hospitable and accommodating as well. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a complimentary cold beer or other beverage! I think the service is worth the price…..you get what you pay for. If you want a cheap haircut that’s never quite right, go get buzzed somewhere else. If you like a great haircut, fantastic beard trim, massage and overall wonderful customer service, get on over to the Boardroom and ask for Windy!
