I’m a member and decided to try out this location. It’s in a nice shopping area called Avalon. Situated so you could have a self-care day, do lunch and send maybe some shopping. The person who took care of me, Lydia, was skilled and kind.

My head and hair is tricky and even though I’m not picky very few people cut it well. I wanted to take a minute and say what an amazing job Lily C. does at this location. So rare to find someone that takes time to learn how to give you the best cut possible. She really does do an incredible job! Thanks Lily C!

I love boardroom Avalon!!! Every time I come in I experience the best customer service and care. I normally come in to see Sharona but when she isn’t available Lidia is also a great choice. One of my favorite things about this location is the private room for hand and foot grooming, AND being able to have a cold beer during my appointment. I will only be using Boardroom for when I need any service from now on.

This was the second time I visited Boardroom and both times I had great service. First time around it was too crowded so was not personalized but great haircut and beard trim. Every time I bring my boyfriend in for a service he always leaves happy and handsome. He really enjoys their service “The benchmark” and now that he has experienced it says he will never go back to just a average joe type of cut haha. The stylist he is usually with is Sharona. She really takes the time to get to know her clients and is extremally professional. Side note, The receptionist where also very friendly and added to the experience. He truly enjoyed being able to have a beer with his cut lol. Thanks boardroom!!!

The fist, and likely the last time I am going there. The salon is outdated, the staff isn’t friendly at all, the stylist was late 15-20 mins for my appointment. The so called ‘benchmark experience’ starts with dipping your hand in a wax that nobody could’ve told me what exactly it is but definitely not hygienic, I got a rough and rushed shoulder ‘massage’, I just wanted to get up and run away from there lol

Worst haircut I’ve received in years. Hairdresser was very kind and would agree to do what I asked then do the opposite. Got months worth of hairgrowth chopped off in no time. If you care about your appearance whatsoever I would steer clear of this place unless you want to look like a third grader took safety scissors to your head. Shampoo & conditioning, Haircut
