Been coming here for years getting my hair cut. Timing is everything because it’s normally pretty busy. But laid back and friendly. I miss the late owner of the shop. He was a very nice gentleman. The younger man ( I think his Grandson ) is just a friendly and good at his job. The wait time is well worth it, although that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Good service there was only one worker but the process was fast and easy. The wait wasn’t long at all. Location is easy to find just make a turn on university and park by the parking spots next to the building.

I am in shocked of what happened today! I went in for a haircut and everything was just fine like normal. Then I left and got my cousin over here because I’ve been telling him about this place. My cousin never been here before and he was disrespectfully treated by Donald. My cousin ask the barber for a haircut and explained himself well, but the barber was having a bad day and went off on my cousin after he asked him to cut a little bit more off the top of his head. I’m in shocked and very embarrassed of what happened today. Will never return to this place and will never recommend this place to anybody anymore. He told my cousin are you going to pay me 10 times to cut your hair shorter?? Well, you showed him a mirror and you asked him if he liked it or not and all he said is asking you to cut the top a little bit more. So sad to see this happening!

Showed up at opening only to find out that no one is discipline enough to show up to work on time. A regular that was waiting for over 2 hours on back to back days, had informed me that employees/owner shows up “whenever” they want. I sure wish I had the luxury to show up to work when I want. Don’t post early hours if you can’t consistently show up to work. Guess I’ll find a legit shop that shows more discipline.

Came over here for the first time for a haircut! I explained to “Don” the way I like my haircut. For some reasons the guy wasn’t in the mood and went off on me after I “POLITELY” asked him to cut the top of my head a little bit more when he showed me the mirror. He said we are not playing games here!! Tell me what you want from the beginning! I was so embarrassed in front of customers and didn’t know what to tell him. I told him I’m not playing games, and this is my first time coming here and I am only asking you to cut a little bit more and I thought that’s why you showed me the mirror! Out of nowhere he continued to yell at me saying you’re taking the time of other customers, are you going to pay me 10 times for this haircut??? This was my first time asking him to cut a little more, and still can’t figure out why he did that!! I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. This place has a misunderstanding of what customer service is!!!

Very friendly neighborhood barber. However, do not come here expecting anything but a very basic almost military style cut. Took my 5 yr old son here showed the picture to the barber, he said no problem and halfway thru it didn’t look anything like what I showed him. Took the picture out again he confirmed YES that’s how it would look…. Again, final product nothing like the pic. I cried.
