Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueImmediately after I left the salon my nails became warped. Nail techs name was Jani. Spent $58 on an acrylic gel set and returned the next day immediately. I could only return on my lunch break and I’m going on vacation so I didnt have the time to get it fixed all I wanted was a refund at least 50% ($28) mind you I spent a total $120 total in there on a gel feet polish change. I was very respectful although it took everything in me not to lash out or knock stuff over after having a 15 minute back and forth where the boss lady admitted multiples times that it was a bad job but refused to refund me anything. She finally settled on giving me back a measly $18 cash which for me it was the mere principal that this was unacceptable and not quality work at all. Literally so embarrassed to have been at work with these nails and can’t wait to have someone take it off for me. Terrible customer service and obviously bad work. Immediately after I left the salon my nails became warped. Nail techs name was Jani. Spent $58 on an acrylic gel set and returned the next day immediately. 3 stars because the girl actually did a really great job shaping and painting my toes! However, there was no massage at all? The menu stated that my pedicure included a massage. My friend got a pedicure as well and she didn’t get a massage either. I’ve never had this happen getting a pedicure. Not sure what the deal was but it definitely made the experience not as worth it since that’s usually the part most people look forward to!

Really bad first impression – It is ok for a place can be dated but you have to keep your tools cleaned and in good shape (the brush owner used was terrible) SPECIALLY when you are providing nail and waxing services. She burnt my fingers although I told her i had sensitive skin. The owners couldn’t spare a smile. Not going back.

Online the salon said it closed at 8pm so I called and spoke with the receptionist for an appointment at 6pm. I show up to a closed salon with the lights off and the sign on the door clearly saying they close at 5. I’ve been here before and I know the previous hours were till 8pm but I’m disappointed at the poor customer service and lack of communication to inform me they changed their hours and didn’t even attempt to call me back or leave a voice mail. In the past they’ve been persistent on customers who are arriving late and always follow up to make sure you’re showing up. It was a Friday and already late, I was grateful enough to find another salon in the gables that was able to take care of me. I will not be coming here again.

On this occasion Esther was not available and the owner was doing my refill on acrylic nails. She asked me 6 times to select a color! I was asking for a refill with red and glitter! SIMPLE I THOUGHT! She had no clue and kept on bringing me PINK! No customer service! I got up and left! Very disappointed. She only stays in business because of the wonderful professional ladies working for her. After many years as a client, I’m sad to say I won’t be coming back to BNT. They do a good job, but the scheduling is an absolute mess! They take too many walk ins when they are fully booked with appointments. After several incidents, and after spending 4 hours getting my nails done on a Saturday I politely expressed my disappointment to the owner who since then has had horrible attitude. If you do go don’t hesitate to get a pedicure with Janeth, she does a great job.

I know I am not a regular here so I had a girl she was very nice but really didn’t do a great job. My pedicure was very unpleasant as my nail was being cut in a very incorrect way. It is still hurting. I really didn’t even want to continue with the manicure that’s why I opted to just get clear on my hands. $73 + tip def was not worth it in my opinion, I was charged to soak off my original gel manicure (I had planned on the gel manicure here but was not happy with the way this was going at all) Maybe it is different if you come here on the regular. I was in town for 4 days for a family event……… whom should I ask for when I call??

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have just been treated in the worst way a customer can be treated.I’ve been coming to this place for over 3 years and it turns out that saying you don’t like something is wrong.They started with my feet and I showed the design I wanted for my hands and they said yes they could do it. First a lady would do it to me and she had to leave so they left me with a man.He started well until another girl arrived who had an appointment with him. I noticed that he was in a hurry and doing everything possible to finish quickly despite the fact that I told him more than three times to please stop that I wasn’t liking the nail service him.
