I’m usually not one to leave a review but I’m disappointed. I got a full set done last Friday. The girl doing my nails made the acrylic super thin and I had to ask her to make some of my nails thicker. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years but took a break so I know how nails should be done. The design is exactly what I wanted but after 3 days two of my nails broke. I called to see if they would fix it free of charge (because that’s what most salons do if it’s under a week) and they said no because they “tried their best the first time”. Other than that, the salon is clean and but the quality is not good.

It’s unfortunate to still see some people complain about businesses that ask their customers to wear masks. I was personally very comforted to see a business still taking the pandemic so seriously. From the mask wearing to the temperature checks to the cleanliness procedures, I was happy to see the steps that this nail salon and spa are taking to keep their patrons and employees safe and healthy. All of the employees were kind and they squeezed us in around closing time, which seems to be when they’re busiest. The gentleman was so welcoming and handled the constant flow of customers with such ease. This nail salon has a very calm and quiet atmosphere that isn’t as overwhelming as some places. It was my first manicure in years and it was relaxing and turned out gorgeous. Thank you so much to all the wonderful people who work here! I’ll definitely be back.

They changed me $130 for gel and it hasn’t been a week and the polish is chipping bad. It hasn’t been 7 days yet and gel normally last atleast 14 days.

Hanna did an excellent job on my toes; especially considering the fact that my big toes won’t grow that well. She took time and cared about the job she did even though the salon was very busy. They have always been very nice when I come in and I appreciate their service. Definitely will keep coming back here.

Online booking is irrelevant here. I still had to wait as a walk in. They said 10-15 minutes it was about 20. While waiting I was checking out all of the polish colors. Most I was interested in were separated so I had to shake them up. The gentleman that worked there made a point to tell me not to drop the bottles… at length. I’m an adult. I can handle shaking a bottle of nail polish. It was extremely hot in the business. All that said I got a basic manicure. Prices in store are higher than online. My tech did a good job and listened to my requests. I did ask for a third coat of polish though and she said no, it won’t matter. I think it would’ve changed the color a bit though. No big deal. I probably won’t go back due to the atmosphere and the gentleman who worked there.

I am unsatisfied the nails I wanted aren’t nearly what I wanted the nails are so ugly and filed wrong and uneven it’s just terrible the pink nails are what I wanted the white is what I got. The acrylic came off the next day it was lifting just terrible so I went over to zenails and they did a better job right across from them in belmar I highly recommend zenails

I hate having to give negative reviews but when it’s deserving, I do. I was in this facility about a week ago. Was thoroughly impressed. Nail techs were nice. My daughter broke 4, yes 4 of her nails within the first week barely doing anything. I broke one of mine but was able to fix it on my own. In the 15 plus years I’ve been getting my nails done, I can count on one hand how many times I broken a nail. She went in and was charged to fix them. After a week????? I think that is completely on them for making the nails too thin that they break within a week!!!!!! Not sure I’ll be going back to this place

I I went in and showed them a simple picture of coffin style nails with gold French manicure. They assured me they could do that. Halfway through. They told me they don’t really do that. I said what do you mean? It’s very simple nothing too fancy.. the guy was very rude to me told me I could leave if I didn’t like it I told them it was fine I had to get my nails done so I settled for whatever they gave me. I did not get cough and style nails they are square and filed and pink. Needless to say it very disappointed and I will never go back.

Went with my sister and they did amazing! They were very patient with us being indecisive. They showed us the color we were thinking of getting on a nail to make sure we would like it before committing to it. There was a customer who was upset about waiting during our pedicure but the staff was polite and friendly. They also didn’t rush through our services to appease the other customer. We both will be going back again!

I just left from getting mine and my daughter’s nails done and I had the male nail artist, he was awful. He discriminated me because my daughter is 6 and is only in kindergarten. He believes that she should be in first grade. Not only this but when he was doing my nails he glued his finger to mine and then completely ruined my nails when painting them. I was also upcharged almost 20$, i was told 35$ for a full set for gel and when it came to pay I was told 50$ for just my nails. I am very disappointed. I will never return and will never recommend anyone here
