Worst set of nails I have ever had and extremely over priced. They are crooked, different shapes, and lumpy. The gel polish has bubbles. Please don’t waste your money here. I wish zero stars was an option.

I made this nail salon my new home a few months ago and I’ve been consistent and love their work. I am slightly disappointed in them because I unexpectedly broke a nail on my toe and needed it fix bc I was being filmed for a movie. The hours were 10am -7pm Saturday. I showed up at 6:25pm just to repair the one nail and was refused and told they were closed. I think it’s completely rude and dismissive to treat a regular like this and to expect them to be back. No it wasn’t their fault that it broke but if your business say 7 you should abide by that .

Wish I could rate then as zero stars. Worked so hard for months trying to let my nails grow out. Have had a dip done here the past 4 months and all’s was good. Made it over a month with no breaks chips or anything for 4 months! Got my nails done by the young Chinese dude Weds. there was nobody else their and the 3 workers that were there were rude. My nails have been ruined and I’m on vacation!!

I came home for a visit and I used to come to this place all the time. I was not impressed. Things are outdated. My nails were not smooth and I could see the strokes of the brush in my polish when it was done. I was just over it and let it stay until I made it back home. I did have an amazing pedicure here tho. If you’re looking for NexGen or dip nails, they do not do this here.

If it is possible to give them a Zero (0), I would. It took all of 10 minutes to do a pedicure. She never put anything in the water. She never put any on my nails or feet. She basically cut them down, attempt to file, and put a scrub brush to the bottom of my feet. Another customer walk in, who happened to be a white male, and his experience by a different tech was totally different from mine.

Horrible!!!! 2 hr. manicure, JUST TO LEAVE DISSAPOINTED AMD POLISHLESS. I LITERALLY HAD TO GET ALL POLISH REMOVED SIMPLY BECAUSE IT LOOKED AS IF A CHILD POLISHED THEM!!! AND I HAVE NATURAL NAILS BTW. NO FULL SET, NO ANYTHING AND I STILL HAD A BAAAD EXPERIENCE. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAILSHOP!!!!

The service was horrible. They don’t even deserve 1 star. The water was cold, they didn’t add anything to the water for my pedicure and they were more concerned with watching tv and their cell phones than providing quality service. The nail tech did not cut my nails down like I had requested either.
