Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst, the lady was so sweet. Then I asked if she could make three of the nails straight… she redid the tips and said “no problem, I’ll fix it”. Then…. She complained the ENTIRE time that my hands were too cold and the tech next to her kept glancing over and they would talk. Do I know what was said, no, but the tech was annoyed. I told her I wanted the nails off and the manager stepped in. She said she’d fix. I asked please take them off and she said “no, no problem, I’ll fix them. I said okay… I am so disappointed. First, she said they can’t be thinner- I asked for them to be even and not thicker on one side of the nail… I pointed it out and she said okay. Still, didn’t happen. She told me “the shape is too hard sometimes”. It’s oval. My pinky was so crooked and thumb, when I pointed it out she said “no problem, I’m the manager, I’ll fix it”. It was so bad! I finally told her I want them off, I need to leave. I don’t have another HOUR to sit here. She said “fine go”. I apologized repeatedly bc my hands were cold and felt like neither were listening. The tip on my thumb wasn’t glued- I told the manager and she said she’d fix it… but then put more acrylic on it.. I don’t feel like I was being difficult when it looked bad. Also in the beginning asked for the French tip style but with black and natural- she said that’s too hard. Where can I get my nails done?!?! I included what I asked for, but the point style was too hard. And the color, so I asked if I could just have all white. Additionally, the manager yanked my hand a couple times. I in no way was rude at any point and felt compelled to apologize over and over because of the complaints. I’d rather someone be kind of I were making mistakes… so that’s how I am to others. First, the lady was so sweet. Then I asked if she could make three of the nails straight… she redid the tips and said “no problem, I’ll fix it”. Then…. They always do a great job.I take my mom daughter and granddaughter there.If you want excellent service and a good job done on your nails and feet go here for sure.Also I love it that they have gift certificates. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueReally bad experience this time. I am back in Allen and had to get another pedicure here two days later. She did not cut out my ingrown after I told her how badly my toe hurt. Woke up in so much pain this morning I had to get them redone and the gal that did them here cut it out and I am no longer in pain. Will never go backService: Pedicure
