Critical: Quality, ValueI got a gift card and decided to try this place out I normally get a classic set every three weeks it was only two weeks and I wanted to get a fill for Christmas and spice it up and get a hybrid fillInstead. The lash technician told me that they normally don’t do Fills from other places but they’ll check mine out , she complimented me on my last fill and told me that we could proceed. I take really good care of my eyelashes and normally can go three weeks but again I wanted to get a fill for Christmas. Every day since last Tuesday multiple lashes from the hybrid fill (as seen in the picture) keep falling out they’re not my classic eyelashes either just the hybrid that she put on. It hasn’t even been a week and I already look like I need a new fill because almost all the hybrid eyelashes have come off. They were all very nice and the place was clean but I definitely would not recommend them for eyelash extensions.Update:They had seen my Google review and asked me to come back in to get a new set of eyelashes I went in this past Wednesday she took another almost 2 hours to refill my eyelashes here it is Saturday and my left eye is almost completely gone and my right eye still has it so I look unbalanced and it’s really embarrassing. She try to find every excuse in the book of why my eyelashes didn’t stay the last time I explain to her that I do clean my eyelashes and Had even bought a new eyelash cleaner from them because my old one was out when I was getting my eyelashes filled I heard the lady next to me talking about how her eyelashes hadn’t stayed and it only had been about a week week and a half maybe I think she said and again I think that these people are just not good at eyelash extensions since it seems to not even be just me. She explained everything to me as she did it and made sure I was comfortable. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had, which I have had microblading done in the past. I saw Audrey for the first time, I had been following her work for awhile. She did an absolutely amazing job with on my eyebrows. She explained everything to me as she did it and made sure I was comfortable. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had, which I have had microblading done in the past.
