Thank you, Blush, for making my experience as a transfer client a smooth one! I was nervous because my eyes had a bad reaction with the previous salon I was with. However, Chelsea did a beautiful job and took her time. I appreciate the accommodations made to ensure my new full set was complete. Happy to report I had no bad reactions and I loveee my lashes! The staff was super professional and friendly and made my experience a great one. The salon itself is really nice inside and they even give you a cute after care kit.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismScheduled wife appointment for her birthday and Christmas to get a massage and hair done. Massage was canceled ( covid problem I get it). Then her hair appointment they only let her cut a trim no style or nothing after I had this scheduled for more than a month. Wife said manager came up to her and stylist complaining about how the next customer was waiting to get her hair done, rushing my wife appointment. Beyond Disappointing. Charged me $155 Cancelation fee when I had a client in crisis. I understand canceling is an inconvenience and I’m ok with $25 or $50 charge but they wouldn’t credit toward rescheduling even. Felt robbed. Helena and Ashley Ferguson didn’t respond to my messages. Beware.

Blush is hands down the best Spa in town. The treatment you get is amazing. It is an escape from the outside world in our little town. The small details make this place worth it. From the start you are warmly greeted and you coat is hung for you. You are then offered a beverage either from Starbucks or Burdicks (who has amazing cocktails). The whole team is amazing, but I will add a few shout outs for the ladies that are always there to help me acheive what I am looking for.

Made a visit to Blush from out of state for a bridal make up trial. Absolutely hands down the worst experience! I ran 15 min late. Called ahead of time two times. I inquired parking. Gretchen recommended I valet. I realized when I pulled in, that valet was not offered during the hours I was there. Upon arrival, I met Chelsea, who took me into the makeup room to commence the makeup process. It wasn’t until AFTER she did my makeup, there was interest in seeing inspirational pictures. She did a horrific job on my makeup! Far less than impressive. I was double charged for the trial and they did not validate my parking. I made a special trip from out of state. Hands down the worst experience—I left feeling very defeated and disappointed. I would never in a million recommend Blush Spa to any brides out there. I cannot speak for their daily routine services, but I certainly can for bridal makeup trials. Spare yourself!
