GREAT color and cut by HANK ! He’s new to town and I’m so glad I found him. My second visit Saturday. Thanks for even taking the time to show me how to improve my style ability at home. So many compliments on my color especially. Hank is the tops with natural flowing layers and his “non Frankenstein” bangs !! DO NOT GO HERE. I went in for highlights and the guy turned me into a leopard !!! I even tipped him 20.00 at first because I thought he did a good job! But he styled my hair to cover up his mistakes then said that it would all “blend” in.. Uh bleach doesn’t blend! I went back to get it fixed… Still I found massive mistakes and serious problems with my haircut. Omg save yourself don’t go here they completely ruined my hair and damaged it.

Walked into Blush Salon spur of the moment. Met Hank who offered to cut my hair. Listened to what I wanted, even made recommendations for my cowlick. I usually see barbers and get the typical barber cut. Not this time, I got what I wanted. I will definitely be back to see Hank again and highly recommend him.

The best way to describe this place is a fantastic SAMs, at high end salon prices. Which is horrible. I tried this salon to see if there was something other than the local expensive Aveda salon. Not only did my highlights come out completely orange and in chunky globs, but my haircut was an inverted V with the center missing a giant chunk. Then, not only did I have to pay a lot more to go get it fixed at a good salon, but I had to cut off several inches of my hair to fix the awful cut. This place is awful.

Update: I am changing my review to a 3-star review based on the fact that the owner did contact and attempt to make things right. People do make mistakes, but the important thing is how they react after they make them. Kudos to Blush for handling the situation in the proper manner. I just hope they have decided to upgrade their brand of coloring chemicals to a better standard of quality.
