Best experience I have ever had taking the kids to get their hair done. My daughter is 11 and she has massively thick hair, a challenge for most stylists, but she left looking and feeling absolutely gorgeous. Same with my son, he is very feeling very proud and handsome w his new style, they look great. Very nice, personable, capable staff, clean, great natural relaxing decor and vibe. Loved the natural wood counters and crystals that adorned the room and loved Dina, our stylist. I was surprised at the great price for how great of a job she did and how much sincere attention she gave all of us. We had no wait, and no complaints. Easy parking right up front. Five stars, highly recommend. My daughter brought one of her cards to post selfies with she was so happy with her hair. We will definitely be back.

I went in today for the first time in a year to get my haircut. I immediately felt at home when I walked in the door! As soon as I saw the crystal decor I knew I had come to the right place. Dina is genuinely the kindest person I have ever had do my hair. I have found my hair salon for good Dina did a beautiful job with my mane that desperately needed to be tamed!

I had an awesome experience, this is my 2nd time getting hair color done. My 1st hair color experience at Gene Juraz was awful, i was traumatized by it, but today Dina made my hair beautiful again. And it was a trial by Groupon and cant believe her actual price is also low that is so awesome. Now this is called great service with awesome price. SHOUT OUT TO DINA!!

I have been using Dina as my hair stylist since 2015. I walk in with a mop on top and walk out looking like a rock star. When she moved to the everett salon I tried a few different ones in the Edmonds area but no one could make me look like Dina does. Well worth the 20 minute drive to know I will be happy with my haircut.

The worst hair experience I have ever had. Dina who did my hair was nice but she was rushing through my suppose to be balayage (looks awfully foiled) hair, was not properly performed, not only came out brassy, & orange the cut is awful. And when I tried to explain and show Dina pictures of how bad it actually was she began to make excuses for why I could not be refunded. Despite what I did after I left her salon she left me with horribly cut/ orange balayage and I will never go back. And I will never recommend anyone here. She could have been a professional business owner and refunded me what I paid but she continued to argue and disrespect me and deliberately tell me THE PAYING CLIENT I wasn’t telling the truth and i messed up my own hair. For a professional hair stylist who runs her own salon you would think she would apologize for messing up and refund the money you paid no problem without making you more upset because it’s your hair that is orange and not hers. Go somewhere else if you want what you ask for!
