I am sure most people have had great experiences at Blush and I wish I was one of them. I went for a simple bangs trim and I ended up with the worst bangs I’ve ever had. I mentioned to the stylist what I wanted and what I did not wanted. And it seems as she only knew how to do the “do not do” part. I now have short bangs, with horrible cuts up-down shape and I start my new job in a few days. I had to tell the stylist to stop cutting and I left the salon. I feared that if she continued I would have ended up with no bangs at all! And the worst part is that my hair takes for ever to grow :’( Based on what I saw, they are talented in coloring but in my experience they are not good in cutting. Worst decision I’ve ever made 🙁

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTerrible!!! I was kind enough to not write all this and see if they can somehow fix it because my wedding is in 4 weeks and I cannot do anything about my hair anymore. The hair I planned for my wedding is ruined because of choosing the wrong place.I did not want to do this, but the disrespect from the manager herself is just disgusting. I had to complain about the service (which I absolutely hate) she brought in irrelevant arguments just to defend the service which is absolutely disgusting..would not even let me explain or hear what I have to say. I was embarrassed to even continue talking with her. Instead of calming down a situation she was making it worse. Bridget was very sweet she just didn’t succeed in giving me what she promised (or what she expected) it was not even close to it. But that’s okay because I was going to speak with the manager to come to a solution since I was not happy with the work and it’s clearly written on their website to speak with the manager if you are not happy about the service. BUT NO the manager omg I don’t even have words to explain how rude and disrespectful she was.I would suggest going somewhere else especially if you come from a different background. Another suggestion for people get a pricing before because they don’t give you full info i was charged $25 just for blow drying (that I didn’t even ask for) and maybe just maybe if I was told that the haircut will be $10 (Package of $35) i would have just done it if i was being charged $25 anyway. They leave you feeling stupid and that’s what I hated the most.Wasted my money and wasted my time SMHTerrible!!! Such a cute little salon! I bought a Groupon to try out this salon and I loved it, so I will definitely be back! Bianca did an amazing job with my hair, and she was so patient when I asked her to make a change at the last minute.

The ladies here were very nice. The quality of the hair color didn’t didn’t last a week and turned brassy. I went back and we “fixed” it but a week later it was brassy again. Not their fault, I’m sure it was my hair and the fact that they didn’t know my hair.

Well, Michael Rich left to start 350 East Salon and Spa, but nobody at Blush thought it would be professional to notify me in advance. When I arrived at Blush, there was “luckily” someone available, but I really didn’t like the weird atmosphere and resulting hair cut. It was too long. I’m glad I found Michael again at his new place!
