It was merely okay. The technician was nice for sure, but just kinda going through the motions, which I understand when you’re doing so many of them all day everyday. I asked for the signature pedicure with gel polish ($55) While everything included for a signature package is great, it was the lack of enjoyment that got me. Just was rushed really. In and out in 30 min. Not necessarily a bad thing, but when paying $55 you’d hope for something a little more thorough and relaxing.

I always have a hard time picking a color for example, they’ve always taken the time to find the right one and even recommending an accent if I want a little more. this was my second time going there. the first time i went they did a completely different color then what i asked and they wouldn’t fix it after i told them. today i went and i asked for coffin and they gave me square. i asked for long nails and i got short ones. i told them i wanted french tip on all except pointer and they didn’t do it on the ring finger. they didn’t cut my cuticles. they made me bleed on my pointer finger. i got a jewel at the middle bottom of my ring finger and it came off after 5 hours of having them done. i haven’t done anything but assignments on my computer so it came off out of no where when it shouldn’t have. they didn’t fix what i asked them to. and the didn’t make the polish smooth, it is very bumpy. my second and last time going there. i recommend going to diva nails.

When I first got there it was a great experience they were nice and I was moved in quick. The woman who did my nails was very sweet and the nail quality is good. I highly enjoyed my experience other than the price. I don’t understand why I was charged $50.00 for a fill in when online it says $25.00. I understand prices going up because of inflation, but at least list that they are different instead of me being shocked to pay 50 when I was originally told $25.00.

Critical: QualityI have tried over and over to get my nails done here. Mostly cause it’s close to my house and they don’t always get it wrong. Today I came in for ombré nails. Showed several people what it was I wanted. Was assured it could be done. I once again stated I wanted it like the picture. What I got was not it. My tech kept attempting to fix it but this still isn’t what I wanted. I had already been there for quite some time, and was honestly aggravated and irritated and ready to go. I tipped and paid and left. Everyone was kind but I won’t be going back. For $125 not including tip I would have excepted something similar and not this. No they aren’t ugly but not what I wanted. I have tried over and over to get my nails done here. Mostly cause it’s close to my house and they don’t always get it wrong. Today I came in for ombré nails. Showed several people what it was I wanted. Was assured it could be done. I once again stated I wanted it like the picture. What I got was not it. The person doing my toes kept getting my skin with the drill. The paint is patchy. There’s paint on my skin. Didn’t even paint the entire toe on some of them. Didn’t even speak to me the entire service. Plus the gel paint is already lifting Pedicure

My mom and I made appointments for manicures and pedicures. The lady I received was Nina and my mom received Shy. Shy started on my mom’s pedicure before Nina got to me. However, Nina was done with mine before Shy even started my mom’s polish. Then for my manicure she rushed through. No soak, no prep just a sponge sand and some cutical oil and she was done before Shy even started on my mom’s manicure. After she finished I realized a few things. 1. My nails were incredibly thick 2. They were crooked 3. I had bubbles 3. They were wavy. I complained and got a $35 gift certificate for my next visit. However I wanted them fixed, there was no way I would leave the salon looking like that. I I asked for Shy to fix them for me. They agreed and that is where this 5 star review comes into play. Shy was wonderful. She redid my entire manicure and took her time. My nails look entirely different for the same service I paid for with Nina. For now on Shy will be the only tech who is allowed to touch my fingers or toes. Nina needs some re-education or to be let go.
