Less than 24 hours with dip wasn’t the color I wanted and I wanted an extension but the nail tech did the opposite but it’s my fault as well for not speaking up but if a client ask for something specifically it should be done not suggest and do the complete opposite . Owner was apologetic but I believe if you are going to provide great service you should do it at the first point of contact. Will most likely not come to this place again

This place lacks professionalism to the maximum. I usually come here to get my nails done & “Hi” does a great job, however, I just walked in to fix a chipped nail & everyone was busy except the gentleman at #2 (I think) & he looked at me and said he doesn’t feel like fixing my nail so I have to wait an hour for someone else to take 5 minutes to fix a chipped nail.

had my nail tech do my nails twice because they looked so thick and ugly… then i went to go wax my eyebrows and the lady absolutely butchered my eyebrows and made them look as thin as a line. it’s my homecoming week and now i have super thin eyebrows and super ugly nails…. and all of this for a LITTLE price of $82 like please be for real. never going back again a waste of my time and money. now i’m going to look ridiculous at my first homecoming. thanks for nothing

They were open, they take walk-ins, they have a good variety of colors, and there was virtually no wait. That’s why they got three stars instead of one or two. The big toe nail on my right foot is crooked, and not the same length as the nail on my left foot. If that isn’t bad enough, when the tech was cutting the mail on my left foot, she yanked what was still attached and it promptly started bleeding. But she fixed it by dousing it liberally with alcohol, so OUCH!

Love this place Annie is the best. She always has my Dip nails and nail art looking great and lasting through all of my shenanigans. Anna’s pedicures are amazing and Mom is a master at making your eyebrows look great. The entire staff is so friendly.

I love Cindy who is my nail tech and I swear if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t go there unfortunately there are some of the managers or rude and they’re not very competent when it comes to taking appointments. If it wasn’t for my nail technician Cindy I would never go there I pray she never leaves if she does I will never go back. She’s absolutely atrocious for design she’s one of the most amazing person I’ve ever met. PS pincrest loves her
