Love this place! Ive come twice a few months apart and both times the nail techs have been great, trying to get my nails as close as possible to my inspo picture and making sure it’s what I want the whole way through. Very clean atmosphere and you can tell everyone who works there enjoys it! My only critique is that when I went the first time my tech kept trying to get me to choose dip instead of gel and complained about my design, but after talking it through and changing my idea a little it was all settled!

Today I had gel full set of nails at blush spa. After the reception desk I was moved to a guy to do my nails. I was vocal about my bad experience in the past and wanted some expert girl do my nails but staff was that friendly I thought to try with the guy who was assigned my nail job. He was doing pretty good and quick he was. I was taking few moments to decide the color of gel. That moment he started another client at the same time and he started fixing her nails. I wasn’t done yet. Then he started quickly coating my nails and I told him I want repeated 2,3 coats but he ended up at 2 and did top coat. Then asked me to wash hands and that’s it. No hands massage and no cuticle cleaning. Because he was in hurry to do another client. This is so disappointing. And in pictures u can see the application of filling and gel color.. it’s looking so bad and giving straight fake look.

First time here, was vague and asked for pink tips & a cute little design with sparkles and rhinestones. I had a nail tech, (apologize I don’t remember his name) he said he was new there; he did an absolutely incredible job. I’m blown away, they’re beautiful and he was so so nice. I will be back!! I’ve been going to blush for about a year since my best friend first brought me there. My nail tech Charlie ALWAYS does his best work and is the only nail tech I’ve ever had that has gotten my shape that I wanted exactly right. Yesterday I went in planning to just get another fall color but I left with amazing fall nails with a cute halloween design. I always trust his ideas because they always come out amazing! I went to Zowie and had a classic pedicure + gel manicure. She was very friendly and great at her services! I was having trouble relaxing but she was easy to talk to and helped me feel less stressed. The shape and color came out perfectly, great quality services!

Critical: QualityI am not usually one to leave a review but my experience was so disappointing that I want to make sure no one else experiences this. I heard great things about this place, which is why we decided to give it a try. My daughter and I make it a date to go and get our nails done together, she always wants pretty designs. (I am well aware the pictures she finds online are not always doable- especially since she is 8 and doesn’t have long nails) So, when I heard that this place had expert techs, I figured maybe they could atleast pull off something close to what she wanted. When we came in, we were quickly greeted and escorted to our stations. I had a picture I found online, really simple, it was just that more then one color was involved- I showed the tech and told her she could match the colors as close as possible, that I wasn’t picky, I just liked the contrast. She looked very confused and went and got the girl working the front desk who did her best to find the colors. At this point, I knew I wasn’t dealing with an expert tech. No nail art involved, simply a sparkle nail on the ring finger- shouldn’t have been so hard. I then talked to my daughters tech and explained to him that we understand he can’t do exactly what’s in the picture, but something in fall colors was what she wanted. He also looked confused and went and got someone else to do the art, at this point we said “forget it” to the fall colors and asked for a flower. A simple flower. I figured that wouldn’t be too hard. Instead….the person who was brought in to do the design, gave her a smeared up nail full of dots that looked nothing like a flower. (Pictures below) I could’ve done better- and the fact that this person was only brought over to do the design made me even more frustrated when I saw that he also couldn’t make a flower. For a place that advertises “expert technicians” that is clearly not the case. I was willing to pay for her design, as bad as it was, but I wanted a manager or someone with some authority to see what a horrendous job they did- instead, the girl working the front went and talked to them and came back and told me I didn’t have to pay for the design- without ever even looking at her nails, so I’mSure they thought I was just being a pain in the butt when in fact, I was fine with paying, I wanted someone else to see what he did and how bad it was…but no one ever even acknowledged why I was upset. It’s been only one week and my daughters gel manicure has already peeled off, and mine are as well. I can normally get atleast 10 days out of a gel manicure. Blush is pretty much the only place I’ve been going for my nails for the past year. I recently took my 12 year old sister to get her nails done for her birthday. She has extreme social anxiety and it is hard for her to interact with new people, so I was a bit nervous for her. However, the staff and her tech did a great job making her feel comfortable and I could tell she enjoyed the experience. I’ll definitely be bringing her back next time she wants her nails done!

I went here so many times with a great experience until the night before Thanksgiving. The tech was in a hurry and refused to do what I asked for- telling me the names of other techs that could do my design in the future. I was leaving for vacation and didn’t have time to come back. I left with NO polish on my fill in. The tech was happy about me saying I would have to go elsewhere if he wouldn’t do what I asked. Please note I was not being unreasonable- I’d actually gotten this design before and the girl next to me had it as well. I paid 95 dollars- still tipped after this terrible service. I emailed a complaint that night and cancelled future appointments. No response was received. Last Friday they charged me a no show for an appointment. I called and explained I requested all appointments be cancelled and assumed they had done so as no reminder text was received as usual. He told me he would have management refund me. Still waiting. Beware- they will advertise on social media all day long the great work they do but not everyone will take the time to do it for you- they sure will take your money though.
