This place is okay. Super small location, wildly uncomfortable nail bar. Take a look at everyone’s posture. Ledge is super short, but long on the tech’s side forcing you to reach forward while your knees are up against the counter. Be fully prepared to bump elbows with the person next to you. I feel like I need an immediate chiropractor appointment when leaving this place.

Not happy at all! I have always heard good things about this nail salon, so I figured I’d give it a try. I asked for square shaped nails, with a bit of softer/rounder corners. The corners are not soft/round at all, and 4 of my nails are just a weird shape in general! 3 nails have a large space between my real nail and the acrylic. Also, they are all very thick. I’ve never had acrylic nails that are this messed up! Oh and also, you can only tip in cash.

They are so terrible!! I just got my nail done today, and I realized that my nail doesn’t even look like the coffin a nail should be. Instead, it was leading sideways, and I went back to the complainant, and they tried to say it was a typical normal because my nail shape like that! it was not. Disliked! I will not be coming back to them! Be warned!! Use your judgment before getting your nail done, and you will be wasting money! They also overcharge my daughter. She came in for fill-in, but they tried to charge her complete set! Cost her a cheaper-looking French tip for $70.00!!! Look horrible!! Mine is awful, leading sideways.

This place is appointment only which to me makes it a better experience for everyone. It’s less stressful for as a client and for the staff. I’ve never once felt rushed which unfortunately is how I’ve felt at most of the nail salons in the area. I’ve seen Michelle and Nancy, they both do a really good dip manicures. I’ve also gotten a pedicure here and it was fantastic not sure which nail tech but I was so appreciative that she took her time and I get a great foot massage!

Although I liked the work on my nails, making an appointment means nothing. I have never gotten started on time and the last time I waited 30 minutes before I finally told them I would not wait any longer. I have natural dip nails so they could have started soaking me while I waited. I am done and moving on to another salon!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went in to get my nails done for the first time in years and I was extremely disappointed.The first color I selected did not match the examples. Instead of taking off the gel, they applied a white coat and added the other gel color on top of the previous one. You could still see the old color on my nails. My technician also did not shape my nails or do my cuticles.I returned an hour later to get both layers off. Had unexpected charges at the end that werent voiced to me ahead of time. I got gel polish on my natural nail. She said I should try a coffin shape and filed them as such. At the end, there were extra charges for the coffin shape and the “length” of my nails. My nails are natural and not even long… so not sure why a charge was there for that. And it should have been mentioned to me at the time of my service that it would be extra so I could decide if I still wanted. I noticed a few nails were also crooked when I got home and had to file them myself. My nails were also painted a little far down which makes it look like I had them done longer than a day. The pedicure was okay.

Critical: Quality, ValueThis is a nail salon I used to frequent a lot last year. I would always get my nails done by Ruby and I was in love with them. Today I walked in and got my nails done by a different nail tech. Not only do my nails look horrible but the nail tech was in such a rush that nails actually began to bleed from how hard she filed. She sprayed it with rubbing alcohol and continued on her way, still trying to file the same spot again later on.
