Worst experience of my life. Please do not use makeup services of this Salon from Ruby. I was very clear about my makeup requirements.I told them that it is for my daughters birthday party and asked for not heavy and natural looking no makeup look but they did such a worst job that I couldn’t recognise myself. I had to remove all that heavy makeup right before party and do it my own at home. Please don’t go on their pictures. Those are all Indian heavy bridal makeup looks which can make you fool if you are looking something natural looking professional makeup. They just curl my hair and called it hair-services which I could have easily done at my home. Please do not use this salon for your special days. They will waste your time and ruin your day. They do heavy cakey looking makeup even though you are specific about your needs. I gave my own skin color charlotte tilbury foundation which I use for my skin daily and still makeup artist manage to do such a worst makeup. I will never recommend this place for makeup and hair services. I will be happy to share my pictures if you want proof. For such a worst service they charged me good regular price. Such a waste of time and energy it was!!

One of the workers Snipped my ear I was getting my whole face threaded & she was trimming my side burns but she was in such a hurry because she was the only one working and another customer was there waiting & than lied that she didn’t when clearly she was trying to clean it up with the aloe vera green thing! My ear was bleeding so Once I asked to speak to manager she got on the phone with her started laughing & speaking her language! Very rude and Disrespectful. Won’t be coming here again.
