Michelle is simply the best! Blush and Glow has a classy, upscale vibe with the most informed professionals working there to provide spectacular customer service. I started going a few years ago and haven’t I stopped going back because there is nowhere else that can hold a candle to them. I always recommend them to my girlfriends looking for waxing, facial, or eyelash services. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Michelle does an excellent job of keeping the skin healthy! Very clean and welcoming salon with a personal homey feel. I look forward to each visit. Always feel loved and cared about upon entering the salon. Ample free parking located in downtown Glen Ellyn near great shops and restaurants. Not far from GE Metra Train. Highly recommend.

I made a waxing appointment, but needed to cancel. I logged in online to cancel my appointment, but somehow the cancellation I made online didn’t go through. I was out of the country for 10 days on a cruise and didn’t have any cell phone service; so notifications/calls were received. Then I received an invoice for a “no call/no show”. Since I cancelled online, I wasn’t sure why I received this. I called the place and the person I spoke with (Michelle) was very adamant on not waiving the invoice even though I cancelled online and was out of the country. After explaining my situation and asking for a “one-time” courtesy of waiving the invoice, she said no. Unfortunately, this type of customer service is unacceptable to me. Not waiving an invoice as a one time courtesy (even though I tried cancelling online) isn’t good customer service. Needless to say any company that has no flexibility like this isn’t somewhere I will be going in the future.
