Critical: Professionalism, QualitySuper bummed at the quality of service and lack of professionalism upon calling with a few questions.Called tonight at 4pm to see how they operate because as a family of all boys and looking for a new barber we really wanted to find this place worth while. When we called they were so rude immediately. We asked if they take walk ins and they reluctantly answered “if you come here right now….” And then we asked if they cut children’s hair, to which they replied “ugh not really, how old are they?” Followed up with “depends on how they sit….”. And then we asked how much a hair cut is and their answer was “maybe $20 maybe $25.”Who as a professional business gives those kind of answers, let alone the tone behind it?Maybe ya’ll should work on fading out that terrible customer service. Used unprofessional language toward a customer will not keep the business running . Any skilled barber can do a decent bald fade on a 12 y/o kid in 20 mins. Owner needs to man up

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNo regrets googling for a new barber because we found exactly what we were looking for here! Dashawn is so patient and an obvious perfectionist! My sons hair was a mess from bad haircuts during Covid and now he’s the handsome boy I been missing once again!! Thank you Dashawn we will be back with my other boys soon!
