Using Cre salon’s website, I was able to find the link for setting up an appointment via text.Within 24 hours, I was contacted to fill out a simple form to help the stylist figure out what type of hair I have using a couple of pics, and what style I was looking for based on an inspiration pic. How convenient!I was paired with Honesty, who was able to get me in the next morning. When I arrived, the staff were all welcoming and about their business. The salon itself has a very clean desert palette aesthetic.Honesty was professional and friendly, explaining every step of the process (I have long, THICK Filipina hair and wanted layers, curtain bangs, some length off, etc). The haircut included a massage and conditioning treatment *in the price*.I really hope I can find a salon like this back home in Charlotte because the value cannot be beat. This was my first experience going to Cre, I had the pleasure of meeting Honesty and she was amazing. She was so sweet and confident in what she was about to do to my hair. Most ladies like to go to a hair studio and talk all day, I personally love just relaxing and enjoying the moment for a few hours. She had no problem with that, plus I loved how it let her really concentrate on what she was doing and she really took her time and that made me feel so good about the whole experience.
