Highly recommend Blūm. Always polite and offer me drinks of either wine, truly or water which is nice to have a selection. I’ve had several nail techs and all have done a wonderful job, last night I had Alena and I was extremely pleased with the quality of her work and how she didn’t seem to mind at all if I asked for something a specific way.

Horrible experience! Went for refresh new dip and manicure. Equipment was not being cleaned between customers. Drill was held together with electricians tape and my nails and cuticles were not neatly edged during dip and manicure. Not all residue from my previous dip was removed before application of new dip. The woman who did my appointment was rushed and not attending to me but, instead, barked orders at all the other techs. They had boxes of wine and lots of glasses, serving one customer while I was there. Do they have a liquor license? All this and two botched nails, one of which was begrudgingly fixed during the appt. and one was noticeable when I got home! Bad service, bad quality and very expensive!

Staff was a tad bit rude as soon as I walked in. My tech was sweet, but wasn’t listening to what I wanted even after I showed a picture, it was just a french tip nail. I’ve gotten french tip here before and it was about $55-60 and I was charged $70, which is not listed on the website nor what I have received in the past. I did not get a manicure or a design, I came in for my birthday reward and it just wasn’t the greatest experience, it felt very tense and I was very uncomfortable. After multiple small comments I made about my nails and how I wanted the gel and shape to look, which I have never had to do with a french tip because I’m not confrontational or picky, they ended up looking okay, but the experience still wasn’t my favorite. I’ve been coming here since summer or 2021 however I think I plan on going back to my old salon because the atmosphere here doesn’t really feel welcoming.

This was my 2nd visit as a walk-in and both times were very pleasant experiences. The atmosphere is clean and calm. The nail technicians were efficient and careful. My toes look great! We walked in and got right in. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Even though they were busy they got it right in. We did our manicures in pedicure chairs but no big deal because we got the benefit of the massage chair as well. The downside was that our nails were not dried and we were not given a dryer or anything to dry our nails (some places spray them to speed up the process). Proceeded to ruin one nail immediately by putting on my seat belt. I will be back but hopefully there will be a better drying process in the future.

I’ve gone in about three times to get my brows waxed and they’ve managed to never listen to what I have to say and had the audacity to argue with me about their job quality yesterday even after completely ruining my eyebrows. I felt judged from the second I walked through the door and had a terrible customer service experience. They’re over priced and way too snooty and even though I was super uncomfortable for the entire experience I still tipped them but leaving a poor review for consistently giving me bad experiences. Not going back as the employees need better training on not only how to do their job but how to interact with their customers. Super disappointed with their services. Not worth the $15 for them to basically rip off each eyebrow. She even went back and put another slab of the hot wax on my skin for a second time and ripped some of my skin off. It’s going to take me weeks for my hair to grow back out and I had a pretty detailed consultation of what I was looking for and she completely ignored me then argued with me and straight up told me “no” and I was wrong when I politely mentioned how they looked uneven. I’m not a confrontational person so I just paid and left. I had an appointment booked with Kaylie so make sure not to see her.

I have been going to Blum for my nails for 2 years. I finally found a place that does my nails so well I am not tempted to break them off 2 weeks in. I am happy to wait to get back in.
