I have patronized this business for over a year and have been happy with the service and have always adhered to their policies.Recently,the lash technician I used was on vacation so I booked my usual service with someone else.Within 2 days my ashes began falling out.1 week later I had none.When I called to explain the situation the manager tod me I would have to pay for a new set.I assumed they would stand behind the work that the technicians are being paid to do and correct the faulty application at no charge.I messaged the owner who said they would replace them.Then I received an email from the owner telling me I could no longer be a patron of their business.I was a long time customer and this is a very poor business practice.There are any (many)lash salons out there and I would recommend not using this establishment.

Unfortunately my first experience at the Bluffton Lash lounge will also be my last. I booked an eyebrow threading appointment, and was in sheer disbelief at the unequivocally substandard technique and complete lack of skill. After confirming with her exactly what I wanted with my eyebrows, she proceeded to ignore all my wishes and preformed inadequately. I cannot speak for other services other than eyebrow threading, however it is abundantly clear that the eyebrow technician lacks any skill and experience. She does not know how to brow map, or have your brows fit your face. They have no reason to charge an astronomical $30 (after taxes) for a skill they have clearly not mastered. I had never been more disappointed in a service received in the Bluffton area. Do not waste your time or hard earned money.

this is my first time ever getting my lashes done and I asked her for a natural and light lash extension. I honestly did not know what I was getting myself into to be honest and she completely misunderstood me. Make sure when you go to be completely clear with the service you are looking for.

She was quick and gentle and they look gorgeous now. Also she was so skilled that she didn’t glue any bottom lashes to the top. If I even need a refill when I’m back in town, I’ll be back. My mom, sister, and I went in and all got lifts and tints. I’ve had it done before somewhere else and really loved it and didn’t wear mascara for weeks. I can barely tell they did anything with my lashes. There is hardly any curl at all … same goes for all three of us. Way too much money to spend for such a minimal effect.

I had my eye lashes done for the first time today, and was recommended the the lash lounge in bluffton. The price was the best in town, the service and atmosphere made the place. Kayla is Thier newest girl and she did a fantastic job at my jittery self. The owner Bethany was very cool too. Can’t wait to go back. Definitely recommend this awesome Las studio. Thank you ladies.
