I can’t say enough good things about this spa. I got a facial from Mia 6 days ago and I have already gotten many compliments on my skin. I am not a typical spa girl, so am pretty impressed how quickly my skin responded to just one facial.

If I could, I would have given 0 star for not being honest related to the services and for poking my pimples and making them even worst. It’s more like showing off than giving actual service. I got facial from Mia. I described my skin condition before starting the facial and she said she will clean the skin nicely. After exfoliating, she started poking out the pimples, white and black heads using her own nail and wet napkins…. Next day, my pimples turned red and hurt even more than before the facial. I wasted my time and money on such a cheap service and got skin problems in return.

Run do not walk from this place. They never keep their promises. I have been a customer for six months with their B12 therapy and there are always issues with getting the treatment. They are only open for B12 two days a week and from 10-3 on Wednesdays as one of those days.

very very bad ..they cancelled my appointment 5 times , I had an appointment in june at 12:30 to do facial , they called to change it to 1:00 than they called to cancel it, I made another appointment for july it got cancelled too since the lady who does massage is out on vacation and the lady who does facial got fired… than they changed into august 4, and they called later to tell me that the lady who does massage never showed up and they don’t know anything about her! and they told me a manager will call me …. never happened…I already paid for that facial $59.99 and never get refund back ….so they took my money and cancelled the appointment serval times and never even call to apologies… so run from that place don’t even walk ..very bad customer service ..very messy…no respect…

I have been waiting 3 weeks now for a response with a solution to the problem and still have not got it yet my previous review was done on Saturday morning after not hearing back from them for over 2 weeks then on Saturday less than 2 hours after I left a review I just happened to get a call back and was told they would call back in about 2 hours and if not then they will call back on Monday which was 2 days ago and still no call back I think at this point I need to change to a better sleep center If anyone is considering this office save yourself the headache and look elsewhere Terry Streightiff
