Phenomenal cut and service. Real good dude. My cut started on time and he was really resourceful in terms of letting me know where I should visit in the area as a tourist. The shop is small, yet refined. He’s got an antique radio in there and had good jazz playing and some old school soul. When I come back out here, that’s where I’m going for my cut.

Visited Bluenote while visiting town, I had such a great experience. We had an excellent conversation during my cut. The shop is extremely clean and tidy. Finally and most importantly, I had one of the best cuts I have had in a long long time. The cut was so good, one of my coworks complemented me a few days later with “someone did you right with a cut like that”. I would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent hair cut.

This is a father son barber shop. You definitely feel the the family atmosphere. It has a unique art deco floor coupled with smokey R&B tunes pumping through the wall of speakers. The haircut was great, but the best thing about my visit was the seeing the diverse clientele that was serviced during my visit. They cut everybody’s hair! Highly recommended.

Had a shave and a haircut as part of a New Orleans wedding weekend. I was pleasantly surprised that Bluenote Barbershop could bring its operation on the road. Instead of everyone going down to the barbershop, Invee came to us! He brought all his supplies and even the chair with him, which was pretty cool.

I have nothing but the best things to say about Invee. He is the most professional, most talented and I would only recommend him and Bluenote Barber shop. We hired Invee to come to our hotel to cut and shave myself (groom) and my entire bridal party. He was early, and when he says he brings the barber shop to you, he means it, all the way from the chair, to all the creams/ skin treatments, even the boiling hot towels needed for shaves and the ice cold ones. This man had his work cut out for him with 2 toddlers, a 7yr old, a teenager, and 8 men to cut and shave and he delivered the best for all of us and in a timely manner. I am forever grateful for him and will only book with him when i’m in NOLA
