Brought my 76 year old mother in law to get a haircut. She has worn the same haircut since before my wife was born. The past two times she has gotten her hair cut by “Shay” it was completely butchered and Shay constantly had a disrespectful attitude. My MIL has had a surgery on her right ear and neck so anything that touches the scar irritates the nerves in her skin. Today, 03/17/2022 my MIL asked Shay for a 1/2 trim above her ears with the clippers. She did not listen, she feathered her hair, cut it WAY too short. Used scissors the entire time and gave her a mans haircut. She will have to wait more than 6 weeks to get it grown back out and fixed at a more reputable barber shop. This is not the only time she has had an issue with Shay. Shay does not listen, she does what she wants. She is lucky my MIL is kind and still gave her a tip. We will not be returning. Razors on the Rocks is 10/10 better.
