Office person will not follow up with insurance company. Told me that they appealed and I personally spoke with my insurance company twice and they never sent in appeals or did anything to help get insurance claim through. Obviously they have enough patients and don’t need any new ones. I called Sky Vein and aesthetics and have gotten excellent costumer service. I feel tons better about getting this process started with Sky.
