I have never felt so humiliated here. Everything was fine at first. I had my appt. @4 and didn’t leave the salon until 10 mins till 7 which was closing time. The girl that did my nails was doing a good job until she got the nail art part. All I wanted was a pink French tip. That took over 2 hrs to do because she kept wiping it off and re painting it and then wiping it off. Finally she finished painting and cured them then decided that they didn’t look good after I confirmed they did. And she takes them off with a nail file and gets someone else to do it. I straight up told them I’m not paying $73 for this service . I was in tears when they finally finished , and the owner comes up grabbing my shoulder to comfort me and saying “it wasn’t that bad” that infuriated me. And they made me $60 instead but I told them how I felt and why I did not like this service . Once I left the girls at front giggled. For this place to be almost A 5 star salon. Pathetic. Wasted an hour drive to come here .

This is the BEST nail salon in Alpharetta & Milton! I’ve been coming here for the last 6 months & so happy to have found them. Super clean, friendly, professional & always consistent with great service. Joline gives the best pedicures…she pays attention to details & never rush to get to the “next person”. I’ve NEVER had pedicures like this…& trust me, I’ve had me fair share of pedicures. Tom does great manicures & fun nail designs! You won’t be disappointed, book it!

This nail salon/day spa has a relaxing environment and a high end feel. Two friends and I went as our annual holiday girls outing and we’re able to book chairs in their semi-private back room to get our nails done. The room was lovely, we were able to share while getting our nails done, and the service was impeccable. We left with fabulous looking nails and having had an enjoyable afternoon.

I absolutely love visiting Bluegrass Retreat and adore both Tom and Anna, the super duo husband and wife team!! Tom is so talented at doing nail art and just the kindest person, and Anna has the magic touch when it comes to pedicures and massage. They are the kindest people, and it shows in the way they go about their profession. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you Tom and Anna, much love to you both!!

My last visit left my foot in pain, they used the metal tool that scrapes your heels and I don’t know what she did, but she tore my heel to pieces. It’s 2 weeks later and it’s still hurting. Not to mention within a week and a half I had 2 nails already fall off from an SNS manicure. One of the worst visits to a nail salon. I’ve ever had. The decor is gorgeous but don’t let it fool you. The front desk staff was also sub par and slightly rude when I entered and told them I had just called. The receptionist was quick to point out there are others that answer the phone, as if that’s information that I need to know.

Prices are higher than any other nail salons around the area. The nails not only looks good, but broken too soon. Will not go back. They made me so uncomfortable the way they treated me for the first timer. You have to have cash for paying tips. Dip powder

This place was terrible! The charged me 18 dollars more for tips for sns. The lady who did my nails was raising her hands at me saying I can’t read your mind on your nails, when I showed her a picture of what I wanted. The pedicure was awful, the lady rubbed my legs each for like 30 seconds. Payed way to much for terrible service & my nails broke not even a week after getting them done. I will not go back.
