I was so disappointed by my painful experience. My fingers are still in pain three days later. The manicurist used cuticle trimmers to clip off my SNS polish. I stopped her and asked her to soak them with acetone, and she responded that they don’t do that at this salon. Being non confrontational, I did not press the issue but continued to tell her it was painful. When I told the manager at the end, he offered me a lotion as an apology. My fingernails were completely destroyed. Additionally (but unrelated), my girlfriend and I both requested deluxe pedicures, but she was given a bunch of treatments that I did not receive with mine. We were both charged the same.

Marvelous Service, awesome environment. I got a deluxe pedi which met my expectations, and my wife tried manicure and pedi deluxe. Caring manager helped us with a minor service complication. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat, definitely check this location.

Unfortunately have to edit my review. Have been going here for years but left my last nail appointment completely disappointed and full of cuts. The manager was not present and it seems the staff took advantage of that and gave lousy service which is unfortunate. Going to echo other reviews about using products that seem unclean or previously used. So sad because I really loved this place.

Unfortunately I think my 12 year run is over with this salon. I am now on the hunt for a new favorite place. Bluegrass has always been more expensive but today I almost lost it when they told me $142 for a gel deluxe pedi and pink/white full set BEFORE tip!! (cash only tips). I questioned the cost and they said they just had a price increase. This is now officially out of my price league as nice as the place is. I m sure there are other nice salons in Alpharetta / Milton area with equally good services at a much more reasonable cost. Sad to go as this has been my nail home for 12 yrs!!

I’ve been here before but didn’t go long term because it’s super expensive and they require a cash tip. My usual place was closed so I went last week. I got acrylic fill in on Monday. By Friday they began to chip. I called and they said I could show up and they would squeeze me in because they were booked. Poor business practice. After I let the m “squeeze” me in I won’t return. They need more competent nail artists and need to realize they aren’t so great that people will continue to pay when their customer service is poor even if they have all the bells and whistles.
