All I thought, I found a good nail salon but I was very frustrating yesterday. The nail tech cut my toe nails very short and I don’t like super short nails and she never asked me. The service was great, the entire staff were extremely polite. I had made an appointment in advance and I only had to wait about 10 mins but that was because it took me that long to pick a color (because they have so many to choose from!) They took their time on my nails/toes and were very accommodating. Their shop was very clean and the environment was very quiet and calming. I am definitely looking forward to going back. The classic pedicure put me to sleep! Very amazing service & staff. Will definitely be visiting again.I also wanted to add that Heidi did my toes and she painlessly removed both of my ingrown toenails. I have no more pain and I feel so much better! This was my first time visiting a nail salon in over 7 years. I had a wonderful experience at Blue Water nails. The service was great, the entire staff were extremely polite. I had made an appointment in advance and I only had to wait about 10 mins but that was because it took me that long to pick a color (because they have so many to choose from!) This place is clean and the folks very nice, but I’ve stopped in a few times over the years as they’re conveniently located for me, but they just don’t do a good job. I was in the chair 2 hours one time for a dip nails process! Just had dip done again as my regular tech at another salon was out sick, and that was on Tuesday. Here it is Monday, cracks, and chips already. Didn’t use enough coats and I don’t think the guy was using the right stuff as the coating to do the dip on. It never looked quite right. They’re all about gel nails, I guess. Sorry, just will be passing on this salon in future.

Walked in with appointment and the owner was extremely rude and told me I have to do gel on my fingernails and it’s illegal to do regular polish on fingers…. wait what. I told him I don’t like gel and he replied with I can only do clear. I have never heard of such a thing so I decided to leave guess That explains why there was no one there. I’m here right now February 27th 2020. 2nd time comming. Love this place. Girls are so nice always smiling. I like the herbal pedicure that costs 42 bucks. I selected the lavender treatment. Last time I got the citrus treatment. Mint and lavender are my favorites. They do a great job of grading my feet and sculpting my nails. I get a clear coat at the end. The foot and leg massage are unmatch so far. 2 times 2 different women 2 wonderful experiences. Thank you blue water nails.
