This place is not good to go to. Waited 25 minutes while Anna was doing nothing but talking and walking around. I had a 12;30 appointment. She took me 25 minutes later. This was done twice to me. Then when I was leaving she ran up to the door and said, wait you for got to give me a tip. I said I am not giving you a tip. So sad do not care about peoples. Also they try to get you to buy things you do not want. Never again will I go to this place.

I made a reservation for my bridal party/family 3 months before my wedding and asked multiple times if they could accommodate a large party which they said they could no problem. I called to confirm a month. before and the week of confirming and again they said no problem. Day before my wedding we show up and they only have 3 people working which would have been fine had they not had 3 people in chairs and 2 others waiting. Which 3 were walk ins taken after my party started arriving. They also could care less and literally ignored me when I said I have a reservation and would all of my people be taken care of. When I said I would rather leave then give them business he laughed. We left and went to Minerva who were not only able to accommodate all of us but we’re so pleasant and made the event so special.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is very unsanitary. Did my nails a few weeks ago. I went back there with my daughter to remove acrylic and powder dip from our nails and walked out with fungus on my finger. I’m not sure of guy name but seems like he’s the owner. He was doing a pedicure and used the same gloves on us. When I asked why he didn’t change the gloves. He ignored me, I asked again and then he took it off. Never in all the years of doing my nails have I ever experienced fungus on my nails. This salon charges so much and doesn’t do a great job and most of all unsanitary. I walked in on a Saturday at 10:40am and they squeezed me in and I only had to wait less then 10mins. I ended up getting the Almond special pedicure for $38. Norma was very friendly and did a wonderful job. For this area their prices are pretty fair. (I normally pay $65 for a spa pedicure) Depending on how long my nails last I will definitely be back. After reading reviews I really didn’t want to come in. But I really needed a pedicure so I took the risk and tried them anyway. I walked in on a Saturday at 10:40am and they squeezed me in and I only had to wait less then 10mins. I ended up getting the Almond special pedicure for $38. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I asked for a uv gel manicure ($25) and came out with a fill in gel manicure that is super thick ($50). I said multiple times I just want a regular gel manicure. Definitely not worth it, communication there severely lacks and manicure was subpar at best.

I love this nail salon! I always get acrylic with gel polish. I go to Peter for it and he is very meticulous. He does such a fantastic job! I get so many compliments on them too. I have not broken a single nail or chipped any and I have been going here since December. I would recommend this salon if you get acrylic and gel like me. You will not be disappointed!

I’ve been to this place twice before and I wasn’t satisfied. Decided to give it another shot last week and still not happy so I won’t be returning here again. The first time I got gel nails and they made it way too thick and wide it made my fingers look enormous. When I went back after a few weeks to get it removed, they did not use the proper technique to remove the gel nails, which is to soak them off. Instead they used clippers and ripped them off which utterly destroyed my natural nails and weakened them severely. It took months for my nails to recover and my nails are naturally very strong, thick, and grow back pretty quickly. I went back last week and was frustrated with my technician not understanding what it is I wanted. There is a huge language barrier at this salon, many do not speak any English or speak English poorly. If you want anything other than just one color on all your nails, you’re going to have a difficult time communicating that with them. My technician put the wrong design on my toe nails but I left it because I was too frustrated with having to repeat over and over what it was that I wanted. Not only that, but when she put a clear coat over my nails, the polish underneath ran and the brush smeared the color over another part of my nail that was clear. I expected her to fix that but she left it! Who does that! It looked horrible but I was so annoyed I just wanted to leave there as soon as possible. When she was giving me a manicure and taking off my previous nail polish on my nails, she didn’t even remove all the nail polish, there are still leftover polish underneath my nails at the free edge, so there’s absolutely no attention to detail at all.
