I absolutely love this place! I just moved here 4 months ago from Chicago to Denver, and I’ve unfortunately had the hardest time finding a quality nail place that is professional, does quality work, and doesn’t have an entitlement attitude. I so appreciate the good old-fashioned professional attention to detail and professionalism from businesses (apparently that’s hard to find these days). I miss a lot of these details that Chicago offers, but I’ve now thank goodness found my new home for nails in Denver with Blue Sky nails. Danny was my nail artist, and let me tell you he’s incredible! Beautiful work and fun to talk to. Thank you to everyone at Blue Sky I’ll for sure be back! And you’re doing an amazing job!

I never liked getting my nails done before, they never looked how I wanted them to and it felt like a waste of money. All of my natural nails were breaking off so I decided to give Blue Sky a shot. They turned out beautiful! I opted for dip with tips so I could prevent damage to my natural nails but still add the length I needed. She got the length and shape perfect to match the one remaining long nail I had. Such a beautiful color too! I’m tempted to start getting my nails done more regularly after coming here.

The inside was super nice and they had lots of colors to choose from. They also were very quick which was nice. However, I paid $70 for a basic set. I was surprised that they also charged $7 just for almond shape. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth the crazy prices. They were very rough with our nails and left them hurting and the lengths are not all even on both hands.

Been getting my nails done here for a few months and they always do a great job. Got a manicure Monday and my tip broke a couple days later. I called and let them know I needed one finger fixed and they said latest I could come in was an hour before close. I work all week. Stopped by on Sunday but couldn’t help me then either. I would need an appointment. They are too busy to fix a single finger when I needed it so I have to find somewhere else to get my nails done now.

I’ve been debating the past two weeks on whether to leave a review or not but now that my dipped nails are falling off after two weeks I feel like I need to. I went in two weeks ago for a mani pedi and showed the photo of the pink nails and said this is what I wanted and picked a color from the nails that matched it. The worker then upsold me on getting dipped nails because he said they last way longer, around 3 to 4 weeks. Half way though through the mani his partner walked in and he got up and went outside while she took over and seemed to rush the entire thing. After about 5 mins he came back in and was finishing up and said these looks so great and natural. I said this isn’t the color I wanted and they both said it looks beautiful and natural. I could tell they were both in a rush for something so I paid and left. I didn’t feel comfortable speaking up. Now it’s been two weeks and these nails that I didn’t even want are already falling off, when I was told they’d last around four weeks.

I used to be a regular here for a while until I moved and unfortunately lived too far away to continue coming. However, I recently had a day off and decided to treat myself to get my nails done while running errands in the area. I used to always leave totally satisfied and thought the work was great and prices were reasonable. However, my most recent experience was pretty disappointing. I came in for a dip manicure, and feel like I was over charged and that the technician tried to nickel and dime me ridiculously. I need to have one tip put on my thumb as the nail was broken and the tech charged me $11 for ONE tip. I have been here, and other places and gotten one or even two tips to make my nails look even, and have never been charged extra for just one or two. In addition she charged me an extra $5 “shaping” fee. My nails were already almond shaped when I came in, and she very minimally filed my nails like any normal manicure but certainly didn’t go above and beyond to change the shape at all. I was so taken aback by the additional charges when I left and honestly extremely disappointed that this salon has devolved to this. It is a high end, busy salon and they certainly don’t seem to be hurting for money, so to charge an additional $16 for ONE tip and normal filing for a manicure is absurd. I definitely will not be back any time soon, and unless you want a bunch of surprise extra charges then I suggest going elsewhere.

This is my favorite nail salon in Denver. It’s always consistent. Every nail professional is as good as the next. From gels, tips, acrylics to dips, they never disappoint! The managers at the front of house are top notch and friendly. It’s a very organized business. My appointments are always on time and I always leave happy and satisfied with the services I receive. Highly recommend!

I love my nails! The nail tech was very nice and precise. She took her time. This set took about 30-40 mins. I will definitely be coming back again! Manicure

My sister and I went here for a pedicure and acrylic nails. My sister’s technician did a great job! However, I’m a little disappointed in mine. I paid $125 before tip just for myself. I think that from a distance, my nails look nice, but if you look closely, it’s a little disappointing. There are bumps in the polish on my finger nails, they’re really thick, the design is smudged, and she didn’t grind underneath so there are chunks of the acrylic stuff stuck. I also had to ask her to go shorter three times and even still, they are not as short as I wanted. I requested she refile them too because they were uneven; they still are a bit but better than they were. She also cut me three times. On my toes, the polish doesn’t go to the full corner of my nails. Maybe I’m just picky; I thought it would be a bit better for that much money though. (Sorry if the pictures don’t capture it well. My camera phone kind of sucks.)

I recently found this place when I was on the search for a new salon in Denver. I like it, all the techs I’ve had have done a good job. Sylvia ans Angel are people I would recommend. They are quick but do a good job and are very friendly. If you want to request a specific nail tech, I would call instead of making an appointment online. Sometimes it’s hard to get someone on the phone. I’d definitely recommend this place though.
