First went in there for pink and white and a pedicure the lady didn’t want to do the $55 pedicure she said she didn’t have enough time even though I made an appointment so I opted for the $35 one, was left with rough feet and polish that looked like they grew out. I was concerned because the tools they used on my hands and feet were not clean, they had residue from previous clients. But when you speak up you’re the bad guy. My pink and white nails were 65 and were painted on white because he did too much pink and said it was to late. Paid 150 total including tip. Went in 2 days later to tell them I wasn’t satisfied. They made me an appointment for it to get fixed and honestly made it worse. The guy that tried to fix my hands doesn’t even do nails on a daily basis. My toes chipped off by the cuticle where she just painted over one layer of Polish. He told me just to not show people the bottom or side of my nails to just to show them from the top and laughed. Super disappointed. Edit: how horrible the reply to this review is, they never want to take responsibility and own up that they messed up. It’s always someone else’s fault. They don’t even listen nobody said that my friends complimented my nails. I’m supposed to be happy because somebody else doesn’t have to look at them every minute of the day. Would not recommend. Health code violations need to be addressed.
