I just got my nails done and I don’t know how they thought this was acceptable. I’ve never gotten acrylics done that look this messed up, with just a simple black polish. 4/6 black nails all look textured like this. Idk if it’s just the matte black but I thought the nail tech would realize there was something wrong here. He was very rude and was on his phone the entire time.

Came in for the first time today and I’ve never been more disappointed! The guy I got seemed like he just wanted to get the nails done and leave! I tried telling him that the bunny on the left side was completely wonky but he ignored it completely. Also not to mention the nails have lots of bumps and are sharp on the underneaths. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

My daughter had an appointment today requesting a full set shellac nails $40 maybe $45 tip. I don’t know any salon that can figure out how to add on an additional $25. Her nails were $70. This is an obscene display of greed. Not at one time did her tech explain the additional charges during services rendered. This need to be made right! Y’all need to refund the $25, she was generous enough to even leave a tip. Unacceptable. I will update after a phone call the next day of business. Y’all pay attention to the “up charges” this was a treat she works hard for her money!

I’ve been here a couple times each time I’ve had a really bad experience so I tried to give them one more chance today. The guy who did my nails was extremely rude. They told me that they only had the one ring of dip nails to look at which was like maybe 50 colors but I have a bunch of dip on their walls and I saw other people getting different colors, when I asked if they could do a half moon design on one of my nails, they told me it was too complicated so I went with just plain color. I asked him if he could do an extra two layers on my nails due to my job, my nails break easy , he got mad and then told me it would be an extra $10 to clean up my cuticles and shape my nails which everywhere else that’s included in the price she didn’t even finish cleaning up my nails even though I paid the $45 my nails look horrible I left in tears I work hard for my money and don’t always treat myself when I do I would like my nails to look good. I hope the owner gets in contact with me.

Worst nail salon. Poor service. Unfriendly. Ask and showed picture of burgundy nails. Got brown and he insisted it was burgundy. Didn’t even ask if I liked it. Nails were bumpy because he was too lazy to ask me to wash my hands. He felt the bumpiness, but pretended it was okay. When I started feeling them, he fixed it a little, but very sloppy. Go anywhere, but here!!!
