Took my three year old daughter here to get her nails done for the first time, and the staff was so kind and patient- they made her feel like a princess! I also got a pedicure, which was wonderful! Will definitely be back!

My daughter got her nails done here, and they are beautiful,; however, the cost was a bit higher than other places. When we went to leave, they only take cash for tip. I asked them to break a $50 with 4 10s and 2 5’s. They gave me $20s. When I asked if they could break those, they said no. It left me in an odd position for a tip. I hope it wasn’t intentional, but it didn’t seem right. They need to be able to break it down so people can leave a reasonable tip, not a $20 on a $60 service.

All nails are not created equal, but they pay such great attention to detail; my nails are always symmetrical, never bulky, and always beautiful. It’s best to make an appointment, but even on occasion I’ve been able to walk in and they don’t rush, they take their time and do a great job. I’ve taken my 5 year old daughter with me to get a polish a few times and they do such an amazing job with her too. She always looks forward to get trips to the “nail store” . All nails are not created equal, but they pay such great attention to detail; my nails are always symmetrical, never bulky, and always beautiful. I scheduled an appointment with the salon well in advance only to get there on and watch walkins without appointments get served before before me. Then I also saw a party of 5 with an appointment scheduled an hour after mine also and also walk in and get served before me. I had been sitting at the nail bar for well over an hour with an appointment And not at 1 point did anybody come and apologize for the Wait or or let me know that I would be next or anything so I left. After leaving I called and asked to speak with the manager the lady said that she did not know who the manager was. When I explained to her my situation she really had nothing to say about it and that was the end of that conversation.. I do not recommend going to this salon.

The facility was clean and the employees were very pleasant and professional and the color selections were plentiful. I had the most amazing pedicure I have ever had in my 56 years, last Friday. The facility was clean and the employees were very pleasant and professional and the color selections were plentiful. Ms. Rowan took her time with me, she did a fabulous job with manicuring my toe nails perfectly, and let me tell you, her foot and leg massage was ON POINT!!!! Penny did an amazing job, they are super super friendly, personable, and really make sure you are happy with your nails before you leave! I previously got a full set at a different salon and I was not happy with the shape at all, Penny totally changed that and fixed the shape to exactly how I wanted them! This will be my new go to nail salon, Blue Sky Nails!
