I went in for a massage with my sister. My massage therapist was late. During my massage I listened to her talk about how she freelances at various places and makes no money. The massage was not good. My sister had Erin who was excellent. Then I bought a nuFACE machine and an additional bottle of gel for it. The gel was “balling up” all over my face. It turned out everything was expired by years!! One gel that came with the machine was from 2019 and one was from 2020 (it’s 2022 now). I called repeatedly for weeks communicating with the manager Karol who told me only the owner had the authority to refund me. I provided all documentation and photos of expired bottles and receipts. The owner would not take my calls when she was in and never got back to me as Karol promised week after week. Thank you Karol for trying to do the right thing by me.

Beautiful Salon & Spa! Diana is the Salon receptionist and always makes you feel so welcomed when you first walk in! All the stylists here make sure I leave with my hair looking perfect!!!!
